Our tapestries are made with a high degree of skill and care, not often seen in today’s world of mass-produced goods. Slight variations do occur from piece to piece due to the individual nature of the fibres used in each tapestry and the weaver. The images on this web site and in the printed catalogue are a very good indication of each tapestry and enable you to confidently make a selection and buying decision.

However, in the event of a tapestry arriving damaged or faulty, Fleur de Lys Tapestries will refund or replace such goods as soon as possible. Upon arrival of a damaged tapestry please inform Fleur De Lys Tapestries for return instructions. Upon return, Fleur de Lys Tapestries will refund or instigate a replacement, whichever is appropriate.

Privacy Policy

Fleur de Lys Tapestries does not pass on customers’ private details or purchasing habits to any other persons or businesses, except for information that is required for delivery of your tapestry by the transport company.
