Grand Armorials

From an original tapestry design by Pierre Josse Perrot, of which several versions were woven at the Royal Gobelins Manufactory in Paris in the early 18th Century. Original tapestries of this design now hang at the Louvre in Paris and at the Chteau de Versailles in France. The arms are those of the French kingdom, namely three gold Fleur de Lys on an azure blue shield.
